Caterpillar Confirms Presence of Law Enforcement Officials at Peoria Facilities

Caterpillar  (CAT) shares were down 0.7% in late morning trading Thursday after the company confirmed that there were law enforcement officials at various locations in its Peoria, IL headquarters.

The company did not specify why officials were there.
